If you placed an order and you accidentally ordered the incorrect size, changed your mind on a style, or entered the wrong shipping address, we are more than happy to cancel and refund your order as long as the order has not shipped.
Please email online@akubra.com.au with your order number and your request as soon as possible, and we will get back to you between business hours (Monday - Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm).
Although we cannot guarantee that all requests for amendments or cancellations can be fulfilled, we will attempt to cancel and refund the order in full as long as your order has not begun the shipping process.
If the order has been shipped, we unfortunately are not able to make any changes. You are able to start a return or exchange once your receive your package.
