How do I exchange my hat

It is a simple process to exchanging a hat, belt or bag.

Just head to and follow the prompts beginning with the order number and email address associated with the order.

  1. You will then be asked to choose the item from your order you want to return.
  2. Then you will be asked the reason - Size, Incorrect Item Received or Other, if needed there is a space for notes and images.
  3. Then the resolution - Exchange (size, colour, style), Refund to Store Credit or Refund to Original Payment (only applicable for damaged or defective items). If you select Exchange you will be prompted for the details of the item you wish to have supplied.
  4. The final step is to hit Submit on the Shipping page.

Your request is then assessed by the customer service team before approving at which time you will receive an email notification with shipping information.

When using Australia Post to send the item back, make sure to obtain a tracking number - this can be entered to allow you to track the return.

Once the return item has been received the replacement is dispatched within 48 hours. There is no charge for the shipping of this item.
